We are certain that Cuskley and Cuskelly are variations of the same name from County Westmeath in the center of Ireland. The current phonetic pronuniciation of "Cuskelly" in that area of Ireland today (at least to American ears) is very similar to our pronunciation of the name "Cuskley" - that is "cusk - lee".
